The Blanco River

The Blanco River flows through the property and is a great place to take a swim & cool down.
The fishing can be good if you know what you are doing. Great for bird watching also.
Gather everyone around the river at night to enjoy a nice campfire.

Fully Stocked BBQ Bar

We have 2 BBQ bars located on the property with grills big enough to cook over 40 hamburgers at the same time.
We also have smokers available to use for those who love to smoke ribs or a nice juicy brisket. Spices included.

Five ATV/UTV's included with your event

We have 4 passenger and 6 passenger Kawasaki and Yamaha UTV's that are included with your event. Gather the bridal party together and enjoy a fun filled day riding the Continental divide. Explore beautiful Kerr lake at an
elevation of 11,381 feet above sea level then ride into the town of Platoro for lunch.
The vast majority of people will probably never get to experience this one day adventure of a lifetime.

16 foot Bass Tracker Fishing Boat

Only 5 minutes from our park is Echo Canyon reservoir. This lake holds the state record for large mouth bass and is loaded with many other fish species like catfish, trout and crappie. The boat comes is equipped with a live fish well, fish finder, trolling motor and power tilt and trim. This lake is loaded with trout and a blast to fish anytime of day.
